Samaritan Healthcare is recruiting for an Information Technology (IT Tech I) to join our team! As an IT Tech you will provide support services to users of the organization’s computer systems and data processing network. This position acts as first-level problem identification and resolution resource, including answering questions, providing advice, troubleshooting, and following-up to assist users in solving their own data processing problems. You will be responsible for coordinating user problem resolution with other data processing sections if necessary, tracks, and reports recurring problems. This is a full-time Monday through Friday dayshift position with call rotation.


-Associate’s degree in a field related to Information Technology or equivalent experience.
-Capable of analyzing a problem, understanding the impact to the organization, and able to recommend a course of action for resolution.
-Two (2) years of related experience required.
-Experience in Active Directory, Computer imaging and configuration, end-user devices and peripherals, and Windows desktop and server OS, preferred.
-Proven skills and demonstrated success with managing complex projects, working independently, performing above expectations, and meeting standards of professional conduct and behavior.
-Strong mathematical, verbal, and written communication skills.
-Excellent customer service skills
NOTE: Basic Life Support Heartsaver (HS) level to be completed within six (6) months of hire.
