Power sports Technician:
Position Summary:
The primary job duties for this position will be repairing and maintaining ATV’s , UTV’s, Motorcycles, occasional small engine work (depending on the season), repairing & maintaining company equipment and vehicles. We are looking for an individual who is self-directed, motivated and willing to learn. The ideal candidate is someone with a good working foundation and is interested in building their knowledge and experience. Honesty and integrity are key to being successful with our company.

Duties:
 Diagnose, repair and perform maintenance tasks on a wide variety of power sports related vehicles, including ATV’s, UTV’s, Motorcycles (on and off road), Snowmobiles, Golf Carts, Lawn Tractors, and others as needed.
 Write estimates and communicate with customers and staff, verbally, in writing and electronically.
 Keep a clean and organized work area.
 Repair/Maintain company equipment and vehicles
 Work collaboratively with other technician(s) when needed.
 Look up parts and legibly record part numbers; communicate effectively with staff.
 Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
 Good understanding of power sports designs; ATV, UTV and Motorcycles.
 Working knowledge of both 2 and 4 stroke engines.
 Complete set of hand tools (i.e. wrenches, sockets, etc.), including both metric and SAE
 Able to stand for extended periods of time and lift 75 pounds
 Willing to take direction when needed.
 Experience operating ATV’s, UTV’s and/or Motorcycles
 Ability to communicate with staff and customers
 Punctual, reliable and strong work ethic
 Able to work both independently and with a team
 Able to pass criminal background check
 Basic computer usage

Preferred Qualifications:
 Motorcycle Endorsement
 Experience using off-road vehicles as well as tools such as chainsaws, trimmers, etc.
 Experience operating forklift, front-loader tractor.
