We are growing and have an immediate opening for an experienced and reliable Commercial HVAC Service Technician. The individual selected for this role will join a team of dedicated men and women responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC systems in buildings, utilizing knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration theory, pipe fitting, gas-fired systems, hot-water/chiller-water systems, air properties and systems controls.

What you'll be doing:
The list below generally represents of the tasks, knowledge, skill and ability required of an HVAC Service Technician. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Service all HVAC products and equipment up to approximately 50 tons (including all ancillary equipment) on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customers’ locations.
Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications as need or requested by customers.
Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work as necessary.
Provide technical support to customers.

Education and Experience you should have:

High School Diploma or GED
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
At least 2 years of HVAC experience preferred
Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations you'll need:

Valid Washington State Driver’s License required
EPA approved Universal Technician Certification (preferred)
Universal Refrigerant Card preferred
06A Electrical License preferred
Seattle Refrigeration License preferred
