Silver 2 Gold Plumbing, LLC is currently looking to hire 2 plumber apprentices for new construction in residential and commercial projects. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and looking for opportunities for growth. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, have great communication skills, are team players and who aspire to expand their knowledge and growth in the plumbing field.

Positions Available:

Plumber Apprentice: Our 2 open positions are for individuals who will work closely with our foreman, journeyman plumbers and fellow plumber apprentices to learn from and complete residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications:

· Must have a valid Plumber trainee’s license or be able to obtain it before commencement of work.

· Must have a valid driver’s license.

· Be able to demonstrate strong communications skills.

· Must be able to work under foreman and journeyman plumber supervision.

· Must be able to complete job duties assigned paying special attention to quality and be able to complete tasks in a timely manner.

· Experience is preferred but not required as we give the opportunity to learn on the job.

· Must be able to navigate and learn plumbing skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Locating and identifying leaks.
Repairing or replacing pipes and parts.
Determining the right tools and equipment necessary to successfully complete a job.
Helping the plumber to ensure that all work is in accordance with federal, state, and local plumbing codes.
Cleaning the job site after the work is completed.
Answering client queries.
Following the plumber’s instructions and guidance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous or repetitive basis.
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.
Must be able to lift and hold heavy materials.
Must be able to operate power and hand tools safely as well as hoses, pipes, shovels, digging bars and other tools as indicated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
