ROLE SUMMARY

Provides administrative support to leaders and managers.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepares and distributes correspondence, meeting notices, agendas, minutes, forms, contracts, statistical data, and other special projects specific to areas of responsibility. Coordinates and schedules calendars, prioritizes meetings, and schedules appointments. Processes complaints from patients, families, visitors, employees, and medical staff members in a compassionate and professional manner. Greets visitors, patients and family members in a courteous manner. Types correspondence, minutes, forms, manuals and statistical data as requested by the leader or manager. Prepares reports and organizes data as necessary.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience: 2 years of administrative experience preferred. Microsoft Office experience required.

Level of Business Knowledge/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Clerical/Customer Service required.
