Description:
Kadlec Clinic has an exciting opportunity for a Call Center Agent to join our growing Kadlec Clinic team located in Richland, Washington!
Shift Details: 1.0 FTE, Full Time, Day Shift

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Clerical, medical, and call center/phone work experience.

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Understands, embraces, and instills Kadlec’s Mission, Vision and Values.
- Answers telephone calls and schedules patient appointments.
- Enters patient demographics in electronic charts.
- Updates patients’ medical records as applicable and verifies accuracy.
- Verifies patients’ insurance.
- Takes patient questions and route calls to clinic staff appropriately.
- Enters new patient information/Update existing patient information.
- Identifies and escalates priority issues.
