Solarity Credit Union is seeking a Digital Support Guide: 30 hours per week for our Member Contact Center!

Our Digital Support Guide is here to create extraordinary experiences for members. We establish, maintain, and go the extra mile to build warm, consultative relationships with members.

Embody and emanate Solarity core values: advocate, educate, advise, follow through for members on issues and transactions that are within and outside of job responsibilities of Financial Guide role.
Ensure our members exit each interaction with better off financially, and with a stronger loyalty to Solarity.

A Day in the life of a Digital Support Guide...

Each day will be a different adventure in this role. A snapshot of the day could look like:

An energetic atmosphere where you interact with members while processing requests
Helping members navigate while interacting via chat and through our online and mobile banking messages.
Refer members to our amazing mortgage team when the opportunity comes up that it best suits a member's needs.
Answering an array of questions, such as account and loan inquiries.
Continual member focused interactions is our everyday Solarity way!

High School Diploma
