Experience Guides are here to create extraordinary experiences for members. We establish, maintain, and go the extra mile to build warm, consultative relationships with members in our newly designed member centric lobbies.

A Day in the life of an Experience Guide...

As an Experience Guide with Solarity, your typical day includes:

Creating extraordinary experiences for our members in our branch lobbies.
Meeting with members to provide an instant-issue debit card.
Educating members about self-service banking solutions, guiding members through the learning process for self-service products, and increasing their confidence with self service solutions.
Demonstrate your ability as a trained problem solver who understands our members financial situations and anticipates their needs.
Providing notary services and loan signing support as needed.

If you love what you have read so far and meet the requirements below, we want to hear from you!

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Understanding and comfortable with technology and educating others on how to use technology.
1 to 2 years experience in customer service or financial service (preferred).
Available to work on Saturdays and evenings.
Motivational and sales oriented.
Bilingual English/Spanish - required.
