Outreach Guides are here to create extraordinary experiences for members. We establish, maintain, and go the extra mile to build warm, consultative relationships with members during the onboarding process.
Embody and emanate Solarity core values: advocate, educate, advise, follow through for members on issues and transactions that are within and outside of job responsibilities of Outreach Guide role.

Build relationships with members that are unparalleled to any other financial institution you have ever heard of.

Available to work on Saturdays and evenings.
Great customer service and sales skills.
Experience in a financial institution is a bonus.
Experience working with branch operations and audit process.
English/Spanish Bilingual (Preferred).
