Heavy Civil Construction General Foreman Structural Concrete (Yakima/Tri-Cities area)
Compensation: union scale (must join the local union within the required timeframe before starting work)
We are looking for someone who can:
- Supervise craft employees performing concrete forming, placement, and finishing work to ensure productivity, and efficient use of materials and equipment.
- Manage safety and quality expectations in the field.
- Assist project team with project scheduling, planning, and documentation.
- Enter and tracking craft employee timecards.
- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- 3-5 years plus concrete structure experience.
- Experience supervising crews.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Ability to read and comprehend civil construction plans, structural plans, and specifications.
- Knowledgeable in commercial, residential, and highway structural concrete procedures, practices, equipment, and testing procedures.
- Knowledgeable in commercial concrete tilt-up construction, foundation and exterior pad construction. ACI Certification is a plus.
- Ability to use computers and iPad.
