Our Organizational Development Unit within the Human Resource Division is in search of a dynamic full-time/permanent Administrative Assistant (AA3). As the backbone of the team, this role is responsible for performing a variety of complex administrative tasks while providing essential support to the team. Your organizational skills will be utilized as you maintain schedules, calendars, events, travel arrangements, and manage conflicting schedule priorities for the Director of People Development and the Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager. Your customer service mindset and ability to build relationships will be crucial as the first person that internal customers meet.

What a typical day may look like:
Support both the Training and Development Manager and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager with travel and scheduling appointments and locations.
Support the HRD, AA5 as a backup for this position and as a supporting role.
Perform all new hire employee actions including but not limited to welcome packet and parking pass, facilities requests, IT equipment acquisition and badging.
Provide personnel and payroll administrative support.
Provide fiscal administrative support; maintain equipment and supplies

High School Diploma or GED
Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in bookkeeping, accounting, office/clerical, secretarial, or general administrative work.
A combination of education and/or relevant experience equaling three (3) years.

Other Information:
