The Employee Relations Coordinator is responsible for providing services and support in multiple functional areas of Human Resources. The Employee Relations Coordinator is responsible for assisting with a variety of routine tasks such as maintaining records, documentation, reporting, data entry etc. Serves as a main point of contact to staff and the public in matters related to Human Resources.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education: Associate’s Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field preferred. Related experience may be substituted in lieu of education.

Experience: Previous office or related experience preferred. Customer Service experience required.

Level of Business Knowledge/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic clerical and computer skills required. Bilingual preferred.
