Yakima, WA – October 26, 2018 – Business Technology & Accounting grad Jose Medina is pictured just moments after receiving his Associate of Applied Science Degree. He shares how his experience at Perry Tech was truly a transformation:
Since I first started attending Perry, it was clear that they are there to push and motivate each individual student to their best ability. They kept showing me that with enough effort and dedication that anything could be achieved. My instructors helped me understand the most difficult subjects and never gave up on me as long as I was willing to not give up on myself. There are so many reasons why I chose Perry Technical Institute, and why I would highly recommend attending here. They always push you to do better.
I learned not only how to work in a professional setting, but how to act and dress properly as well. They also gave me a family and tons of friends and relationships that I will always cherish and carry with me forever. Most importantly, they showed me how to be successful and give myself the power to choose what my future has to hold, and that has to be the biggest lesson that anyone or any school can ever show you.
What Perry did for me was help me evolve into the best version of myself. They gave me all the tools and skills that I would need to properly carry out tasks, make the best decisions, be a reliable person, and make ethical choices in both my career and personal life. They helped me connect with some important people that would help me get a career that I can be very proud of. But most importantly, they gave me the chance to prove to myself that I could do it, no matter what life puts against you, and with a staff and students that feel more like family, it’s hard to fail.
Thank you Perry Tech for being the inspiration and hard love I needed.
