Visual Communication & Graphic Technology

Learn high-tech skills and put your creativity to work in the growing field of visual communications.

Perry’s two-year Visual Communication & Graphic Technology Program teaches illustration, design, typography, digital design, sign design, website design, photography and advertising. You’ll learn to plan, create and analyze visual solutions to communications problems.

The program offers you the opportunity to earn industry certifications, including the W3Schools HTML Developer Certificate and the Adobe Certified Associate Certificates in Photoshop, Flash and Dreamweaver.

Put your skills to work in fields such as photography, digital imaging, 3-D design, illustration, desktop publishing, pre-press and imposition, sign design and website development. The demand for professionals with strong technical skills is increasing due to rapidly-expanding markets for web-based information and multi-media projects.

With training from Perry you’ll have the skills you need to create promotional displays, packaging and marketing brochures for products and services; design logos for products and businesses; and develop signs and signage systems. Trained visual communicators work in virtually every industry promoting products and selling ideas.
