113 Privacy Policy and Practices

Never discuss anything about a student, or prospective student, outside of Perry Technical Institute with anyone, for any reason unless there is a signed release of information form on file.
Perry Technical Institute collects certain “nonpublic personal information” about our students and prospects in order to conduct business. It is a top priority of Perry Technical Institute to protect nonpublic information, and we will not sell or disclose this information to anyone other than to conduct business on the student’s behalf. You personally, and Perry Technical Institute, can be held legally liable for information disclosed to anyone outside of Perry Technical Institute without express permission. Disclosure of such information without express permission will result in termination.
Security policies and procedures are in place to protect information at all levels of the organization. Every employee is expected to comply and suspected breaches of these security protocols should be reported to the President or Harriet I. Perry Trustees.
