Are you ready to take the first step to a successful career? Perry Technical Institute offers 11 fast-track programs for in-demand careers. First, request information about our training programs and then schedule a campus tour. When you’ve decided on the program that best matches your interests, follow the following steps to apply for admission.
Enrollment Checklist:
Schedule a campus tour.
Schedule the entrance exam and complete the following steps:
Submit your Enrollment Application by mail or in person or Apply Online.
Pay $45 registration fee.
Provide proof of education (GED or official sealed transcript).
Provide state-issued picture ID or driver’s license.
Successfully complete the entrance exam. After two failed attempts, you must wait three months before re-taking the entrance exam and will be required to re-pay the $35 registration fee. For information on the entrance exam, visit Entrance Exam Content/Study Guide Resources.
Pay $500 tuition deposit to secure your spot in the program.
Attend mandatory new student orientation.
Meet program-specific requirements.

Students enrolling in the Medical Assistant Program should download and submit the Background Check Form.
If you're traveling from out of town, please contact the Enrollment Office for information on the testing/enrollment process.
